The insurance brokerage unit is responsible for managing insurance for all of Brookfield’s operations in Brazil, and also services market companies.

Focused on the corporate insurance market, Brookfield Corretora de Seguros, which is Brookfield’s insurance broker, dedicates its activities to the following lines of business:

• Benefits: management of corporate benefits, such as health, life, dental, travel, personal accidents, credit life insurance, employee assistance programs, and consultancy in internal communication;
• Mass Insurance: collective policies focused on companies’ employees, such as residential, automobile, life and personal accident insurance;
• Property Insurance: operating and named risks, engineering risks, general civil liability and diverse risks;
• Financial Insurance: D&O insurance (civil liability insurance – directors and officers), E&O insurance (professional liability insurance – errors and omissions), and guarantee insurance.
